This policy explains how Dog Care Franchise Inc ("Molly's", "we") handles personal information collected through the Molly's Shop.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and what you bought.
Payment details are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Account details if you create an account, including whether your account has team pricing.
Basic device and browsing information collected by Shopify through cookies, such as pages viewed and items added to cart.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order.
To send order and shipping updates.
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.

We share only what's needed to run the shop: Shopify (our store platform), our print-on-demand production partner and shipping carriers (to make and deliver your order), and payment processors. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing molly@mollysdogcare.com. Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.
