Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the Molly's Shop, operated by Dog Care Franchise Inc ("Molly's", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All items are printed to order by our production partner. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished product. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Team pricing

Team pricing is available only to approved Molly's franchise owners and staff through accounts we set up. It is for their own use and their team's, not for resale. We may cancel orders placed outside these terms.

Charitable giving

Net proceeds from Molly's Shop sales are donated to charity. "Net proceeds" means the sale price less product and production costs, shipping, payment processing fees and any taxes. Team-pricing orders are sold at cost and do not generate proceeds.

Taxes

Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Molly's name, logos, M-dog mark and all designs in this shop belong to Molly's Dog Care and may not be copied or reproduced.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
